    3. You must have one (1) year of recent verifiable experience driving a tractor-trailer on an over-the-road basis or be a graduate of an approved driver training school and eligible for the company training program.
    4. You must be familiar with, meet and abide by all requirements under U.S. Department of Transportation ("DOT") regulations, 49 C.F.R. §§ 40, 382, 383, 387, 390-399.
    5. You must pass a road test.
    6. You must possess a current valid drivers license.
    7. You must have had no preventable accidents while operating a motor vehicle in the past three (3) years and no more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.
    8. Upon a conditional job offer, you must submit to a medical/physical examination from our company doctor. You must meet all medical and physical DOT qualifications to be employed as a driver unless you fall within an exemption under state or federal law. Should you be disqualified due to the medical and physical DOT qualifications but interested in another position within the company, you may fill out an application for a non-driver position.
    9. While at the company doctor's office, you must provide a urine sample for and pass an alcohol and drug screening test. Following employment, drug testing will be conducted on a random basis, post-accident and whenever there is a reasonable basis to suspect that you are under the illegal influence of drugs or alcohol. It takes at least 24 hours to obtain the results of such tests.
    10. You must fill out the application completely.
    11. The application process can be time-consuming because it is important that the Company hire the best possible applicant. Please be patient.
    12. A 90-day probationary and training period will begin on the date of hire. The probationary period in no way modifies the at-will nature of the employment relationship explained below.
    13. Employment with the Company is strictly at-will, meaning that should you be hired, you or the Company have the right to terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, without notice, cause or any specific procedures.
